WARRANTY CONDITIONS 

IMPORTANT - PRODUCT WARRANTY
Please note:
Warranty on product is
 2 years from date of purchase
(excluding normal wear and tear or any damage incurred not a direct result of a manufacturing issue)

All warranty issues are on back to base (Fridgetech Marine, 34 Tarndale Grove, Rosedale, Albany) at owner’s expense (ie freight, removal, installation not covered).  Copy of proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.


Isotherm Warranty Conditions

Isotherm by Indel Marine products are distributed worldwide. Herein follow the general warranty conditions, which always at least fulfil the legal warranty conditions locally stated for the country in which the product is sold. When the product is purchased the customer is advised to ask for any additional warranty conditions issued by the local distributor.

Indel Marine S.r.l. warrants through its independent distributors the products produced and labelled "Isotherm by Indel Marine" in respect of defects in material and/or manufacture according to the conditions legally stated or written in the country of purchase. Replacement of components whether under warranty or not, during warranty period does not prolong the original warranty period for the component or product. Warranty repair may be carried out by:

The warranty does not cover:

A. Faults caused by incorrect installation or maintenance, incorrect voltage or connection, lightning, external damage, accidents, moisture or any conditions beyond our possible control.

B. Faults caused by unauthorised repair or other measures carried out or undertaken by any party is not authorised by the manufacturer.

C. Transport damages.

D. Costs for freight, transportation, travelling costs, or costs for service calls.

E. If serial number is illegible.

F. Costs or inconvenience the product may say has caused as a consequence of a defect of the product.

G. If the warranty certificate is not enclosed with the product or has not been sent to the manufacturer or local distributor in purchase country. If not, a copy of the purchase receipt must be enclosed.
