Electric enameled cast iron plancha. Great cooking surface, easy to clean.
Frame made of polished marine stainless steel, equipped with a large capacity stainless steel grease collector ideally situated at the front of the plancha.
Electrically heated planchas are insensible to wind, and allow perfect temperature control of the cooktop thanks to a thermostat. The heating-up process turns itself off once the cooking temperature has been reached.
